Induction hardening & heat treatment.

Queensland's most modern commercial induction-hardening facility — 200–400 kW at 3–10 kHz, hardening to 60 HRC at 3–15 mm case depth, backed by a gas-fired stress-relieving and normalising oven rated to 800 °C.

Machining.

The largest machine shop north of Brisbane. A CNC floor borer with 13 m of travel and a 6 m column carries workpieces to 150 t; vertical borers turn to Ø 5 m; gears are cut external and internal to Ø 5.5 m. Every job leaves with a detailed QA package.

Fitting.

Gear-case and main-machinery overhaul to OEM specification, with jacking presses to 600 t. Fitting works the same floor as fabrication, machining and painting — which is why a repair never has to leave the building, 24 hours a day.

Industrial painting.

Abrasive blasting and protective coatings to industrial and marine specification, applied by trade-accredited painters using airless and conventional spray — inspected and documented under the same QA discipline as every other department.
